An administrative offense (parking on a wide footpath without pedestrians for 9 minutes) that went off without damage, impairment, annoyance, injury or consequences was, precisely because of its nullity, taken as an opportunity to practice the procedure, which was started by the public order office, until all ways and possibilities came to an end (up to imprisonment and confiscation of accounts).
The relationship between sense and absurdity, between justice and individual problems in a society that is dependent on a complex system of order and its general recognition became the subject of this performance.
